End of Project: Transition

Towards the end of the project there are a range of tasks that need to be actioned to ensure a smooth transition and successful conclusion to the project.

The presenter will...

  • Ensure that the evaluation processes have been completed and compiled with monitoring and other relevant data: formally share this with the community partner and the artist.
  • Meet with community partner(s) and artist(s), collectively and separately, to explore potential for the future.
  • Share the final evaluation of the project with all interested stakeholders from your organization.
  • Organize the celebration.  

The artist will...

  • Meet with community partner(s) and presenter, collectively and separately, to explore potential for the future. 
  • Participate in the celebration.
